- to let Sammy's Mom to share her thoughts and personal moments with Sammy - an important outlet to channel her feelings and energy
- to allow a reader to internalize what the Zeltser family and our precious Sammy are going through - this will make us stronger, more united and will have us appreciate our families and our health and lives even more......

Hi Sammy, it's Gabrielle LeTourneau and I just wanted to say Hi and that I hope you feel better. I hope you come back to my school. Do you think we will get a snow day tomorrow?
